Kanye West humiliates Taylor Swift
Kanye west took a step beyond the limit. He literally humiliated the 19 year old country singer and song writer Taylor Swift during the awarding of her Best Female Video award at the MTV VMA Awards 2009.
Kanye West just went up the stage, grabbed the microphone away from Taylor Swift and said that Beyonce has got the best music videos of all time. He’s such an ass and insensitive person to do that. And hey, that’s one of the events that might cause fights again between black and white people in the United States.
Hatred among artists here in the Philippines have not gone that far, well, not that I know. But I really pity Taylor Swift for what has happened to her. You need to see her reaction right after the words spoken by Kanye West to realize how humiliated and down she felt that time. It was really a huge humiliation, but nothing that this girl cannot overcome.
Taylor Swift is one of the most popular music icons in the world already, and that at the young age of 19. She has hit singles like Teardrops on My Guitar, Fearless, Love Story and more that made big waves all around the globe. She is popular anywhere, everywhere. And this little scratch wouldn’t do her image too much harm, I think.
But really, Kanye West caught the little girl there as Kanye West humiliates Taylor Swift.
